Will someone be entering my home or can I choose a preferred location?
For safety purposes and to prevent transmission to others, we recommend that you are tested at home. However it is possible to meet our medical assistant outside of your home or anywhere you choose. Our medical assistant will always arrive in PPE (Personalized Protective Equipment) and will administer your test either in your home or outside of your home.
How quickly am I able to schedule my pain free swab test appointment?
We aim to schedule your appointment within 2 hours of completing your swab request. Our wait times are usually within the hour, however, this is subject to fluctuate with extremely high demand.
How do I receive my test results?
After you are swabbed, you will receive a link to track and view your results online. You will receive this link within 30 minutes of your completed appointment.
Do you offer testing outside normal business hours?
Yes, we offer Covid-19 testing outside our normal business hours, of 8AM - 5PM. There is a $50 fee associated with each test if booked outside the 8AM - 5PM window.
Who will be administering the tests?
One of our medical assistants who work in the most advanced academic centers in the region and have extensive experience in administering COVID-19 tests in a safe and comfortable environment will be administering your tests.
Where can I get tested for Covid in the San Diego, Orange or Los Angeles area?
Our concierge COVID testing service will come to you at your home, your office or a location of your choice inside our service area in the San Diego, Orange, and the Los Angeles areas. If you’re unsure if we serve your area, call us at (619) 332-2777.
How long does it take to receive my results?
The time it takes to receive your results depends on the type of test you requested. For a rapid test, you will get your results in 20 min. For a RT-PCR test, our turnaround time is 24 hours. We also offer same-day expedited processing in case of emergency.
What happens after my appointment?
If your test is negative and you have no symptoms, you should continue to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing and wearing a face covering. If your test is positive, we encourage you to schedule a virtual follow-up appointment with one of our physicians to go over your results, current symptoms, and a comprehensive COVID care plan.
